Leland Freie is stuffing pink sheets into the awards bags, then hanging them on the Rack in the background. We use this rack to organize the awards for this evening’s ceremony. There’s one bag on the Rack for each set of awards: for example, Class II for the Junior Biological division; or the FPL Energy award. Each bag (when complete) contains everything needed for that award during the evening Awards Ceremony: medals, plaques, printed certificates or checks, other trinkets (if they’ll fit), and a sheet for the Master of Ceremonies describing the award and listing the recipients. Right now we have no judging results, so a bag contains only a pink sheet, which identifies which award will eventually go there.
