Papering
The wooden tables are splintery and quite nasty; Jo Mahoney is covering this one with paper to give an attractive, splinter-free surface for the student exhibits.
Skirts A
Volunteers distribute the skirts to the exhibit tables. The skirts make the tables look nice, and allow the students to hide stuff underneath.
Skirts B
Leland Freie (foreground), a volunteer, and Otto Rajtora staple skirts around an exhibit table.
Marking the boundaries
The exhibit tables are 8 feet long; most exhibits are allowed 4 feet of table. Two volunteer use a tape measure to find the mid-point of this table, in preparation for drawing the boundary line across the table.
Ready for numbers
These tables are ready except for the exhibit numbers.
