To explain: For the local students, the field trip to ISEF is a big scavenger hunt. They have a sheet listing different areas they need to visit and exhibits they should see; at each place they get a stamp to prove they were there.
Some Iowa volunteers are guides for field-trip groups; others are traffic directors, who get to tell adults where to go.
