Left side

These tables hold 2 of the laptop-printer pairs that the Awards Committee uses; and they provide Awards with working space.

In the background left, on the floor you can see the trophies for our champions. Above the trophies is the Rack, with one hanging bag for each award we plan to present this evening. Right now the bags are empty; this afternoon, as the pieces of each award (certificates, checks, medallions, other trinkets) come together, we’ll stuff them in the bag, ready for the Award Ceremony this evening.

There’s nothing behind the curtain but wall. We set it there in the (vain) hope it would dampen the noise from the rest of HQ.

Right side

The table at the back has the Awards Committee’s other 2 laptops and printers. Colleen Kobe is slaving away at one of them.

The Judging Committee’s laptop and printer are in the foreground right.

The curtain at right divides the office from the rest of HQ.
