The calendar & schedule below shows the sequence of events relevant to all organizations sponsoring Awards on fair day.

Location: Lindale Mall, Cedar Rapids, Iowa
| At least 2 weeks before the fair (through Saturday, March 3, 2012) | Register online to sponsor awards for students at the Eastern Iowa Science and Engineering Fair. |
| 2 weeks before the fair
(by Saturday, March 3, 2012) | Sponsoring organization’s preprinted, presigned certificates are due. They must be 8½ × 11″ or smaller, and we must be able to feed them through a laser printer (they will be subject to high heat—please check before you send them to us!). Be sure to include 2 or more extras, in case you get a Team winner and in case of accidents. Please send the certificates to:

| 2 weeks before the fair
(by Saturday, March 3, 2012) | Cash award checks are due. This is the total amount of cash awards

| Fair Day Saturday, March 17, 2012 8:00 AM–9:30 AM | Judges’ Registration, in the Fair Headquarters.

| 9:30 AM–2:00 PM | Judging takes place. |
| 2:00 PM | Green Sheets due. Record the names of your winners and other info on the green sheet. Return the sheet to the Awards Area. |
| 7:00 PM–8:30 PM | Awards Ceremony. If you have decided to do so, you will present
your awards to your winners. Otherwise, we will present your awards to your winners for you. |
