Background Check information for 2025!

If you are planning on joining us as a volunteer you will need to complete a short background check. 

Instructions for Requesting an EISEF Background Check 

1. This background check will cover only the 2025 EISEF season. You need a new check every year.

2. Fill out the form and proofread your typing.

3. After you finish filling out the form, click the Submit button at the bottom of the page. This will email your information to us and you will receive a confirmation email with the information that you submitted.

4. You have now submitted your request. If we have any questions we will contact you through email. If you are all ready to go you will not hear from us. (No news is good news!)
