Signing up to judge
Would you like to judge the exhibits at the Eastern Iowa Science and Engineering Fair on March 17, 2012? We can sure use your help. Please fill out our Volunteer Signup form or of our Judging Committee to let us know you’re interested.
Recruiting other judges
Do you want to recruit judges at your school or workplace? We have Judging Flyers (see below) you can print out to post or to hand to potential judges.
Judging for sponsored awards
Is your club, company, or organization sponsoring an award at this year’s Fair? Are you planning to judge for that award? In that case, you should contact your club, etc. to volunteer. Our Awards Committee () can help you find out who to contact.

Preview the exhibits
The Exhibit List for Judges lists all the exhibits that will be at the Fair, with their titles and descriptions. You can use this to decide in advance which exhibits you’d like to judge.
Judging flyers
We have four flyers (in PDF) for you to print out and post on the wall or give to a prospective judge. Each flyer has the same information; the differences are in the logo (color or black & white) and whether it has address tabs at the bottom. Select the one that works for you.
Judging documents
Here are the forms and documents you’ll receive at the judges’ registration on Fair Day. We suggest you read them beforehand, so you’re ready to go when you get to Lindale Mall on March 17, 2012.
