She’s still posting data (Trials 3, 6, and 7) to her display board. Many students travel with a blank display board and add their data sheets after they arrive. This helps keep the data safe, and lets them change it out between fairs.
She’s also assembling the display board on the floor, another common practice. It can be difficult and dangerous to reach the top of the display when it’s standing on the table.
