Burton Loupee readies the coffee urns for Fair Day.

Each big urn, when it’s brewing, draws so much power that it has to be on its own circuit. It took us some minutes checking circuit breakers in the back of the store to find two outlet on separate circuits for the urns.

Loading drinks into the coolers

Leland loads bottled water onto the ice in this cooler. By morning, the water (and the soda-pop in the other coolers) will be ice cold, just the way our judges like it.
