Because of increasing concerns about the COVID-19 (corona virus) outbreak, on March 12, 2020 the EISEF board of directors decided to cancel our in-person fair scheduled for March 21.
Instead we decided to hold an online fair: the students would upload videos of them presenting their projects; our judges would view the videos and evaluate the projects. (The State Science Fair, SSTFI, made the same decision a couple days earlier.)
We’d never held a fair this way before, but we weren’t going to let that stop us!
