Here is the Awards Rack late in the afternoon. It holds one bag for each set of awards, for example, Class II for the Junior Biological division, or the Alan Adams award. Each bag (when complete) contains everything needed for that award during the ceremony: medals, plaques, printed certificates or checks, other trinkets (if they’ll fit), and a sheet for the Master of Ceremonies describing the award and listing who receives it.
The bags on the bottom bar are complete and ready to go. The bags on top are still missing something—at this point, the MC sheets and probably the certificates and checks.
