The registration table for EISEF judges is almost ready for the judges. The judges will flow from left to right. First they receive their blue contact sheet — their address information, which they’ll correct for us so we can contact them next year. Next they’re assigned to a division: the volunteers have a sheet showing how many judges we need in each division, so they can steer the judges where we need them. Finally we give them their fair booklet, EISEF pin, EISEF pen, and green judge’s ribbon.
The sign on the pillar “Awards Room ⇒” directs judges for sponsored awards to the awards area, which is in a back room.
